What areas do you service?

We currently service North Fort Worth, Southlake, Keller, Trophy Club, Roanoke, Haslet, Grapevine, North Richland Hills, Colleyville, Watauga, Northlake, and Westlake. To get full access to the site, you must enter your delivery address on our home page.

What if I am not in your service area?

Depending on your area, we can provide you with a custom quote which will include a delivery fee depending on your distance. Please email us at info@mylawnparty.com

Can I pick I pick up the signs and install myself?

No.

What does my order include?

Each individual package will specify what it includes. The price includes the rental of the signs, installation and take down. Rush orders may be subject to an additional fee.

If you submit a special request, we will review it based on our inventory for your event date and get back to you with an approval, changes or let you know we can’t process it.

How do I choose colors?

Our main packages have specific colors to chose from.  All other letters and graphics will be chosen by us based on inventory.  You can make requests in the notes area of your order and we will do our best to match them.

How do I know if my date is available?

Choose the item you are interested in and there is a calendar to check dates based on your selection.  For birthday packages, you may need to choose a different color for your date to open up.

What if I want a greeting but they are all sold out for the day I want?

You are welcome to complete a special request and we may still be able to do a greeting based on what is in our inventory.

When do you install and take the signs down?

Our normal procedure is to install the signs the morning of your event between 5am-7am date of the reservation and remove them the following morning. If you are renting for more than one day, we will pick up the signs the morning following the last day of your rental. If you prefer a different time for your specific situation, please indicate your wishes in the notes section of your order.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.  Please read terms & conditions for more information.

How long can I rent a yard greeting?

You will have your choice of 1-7 days.  If you need it longer, please email us at info@mylawnparty.com
