Rental and Reservation:

We will set up between 5am-7am on the date of your reservation and pick up the following morning.

Renter:

  1. Payment is required at the time of order to confirm and book your date.
  2.  No jumping on, jumping over, or playing inside the lawn greeting.
  3. In the event of a damaged or stolen sign, the renter is the responsible party for the replacement of the item stolen or damaged.  You will be invoiced for the damaged/stolen item.
  4. Please do not use lawn trimmers or mow while the signs are displayed.
  5. Pictures are allowed by the signs, but please do not remove from the ground or rearrange. This can damage the signs or the stakes.
  6. Please do not attach any items such as balloons to the sign.
  7. During warmer months, please water your lawn to make sure the signs can be installed easily.  The best test for this is to stick a screw driver in the lawn all the way down.  If it goes in easily, so will our signs.
  8. Lawn Party and our representatives are not responsible for any property damage or personal injuries that may occur by the yard signs.
  9. Please do not move the display. This is a rental display. If they need to be moved or picked up early, call us, and we will move or pick up.
  10. We will not put up any political signs or controversial signs nor will we allow profanity.

Surprised Person/Party: 

  1. Please do not damage, remove, or throw our signs in the trash.  If you are unhappy with the card/greeting, please contact Lawn Party @ 817-678-5588 and we will remove the card promptly.

Refund:

  1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 your booking rate as a refund or leave your booking fee in the account for future purchases.
  2. You will receive a refund if weather conditions prevent us from setting up the sign display.
  3. You will not receive a refund if:
  4. The soil was not wet enough to install the signs.
  5. The wrong address was given to us and we could not reach the purchaser or surprised party.
  6. The homeowner prevented us from placing the sign in the yard and/or the homeowner had an animal that prevented us from placing signs in the yard.
  7. Denied entry into a gated community.

BY BOOKING WITH LAWN PARTY, YOU AGREE WITH ALL POLICIES STATED ABOVE
